Responsible for inbound Service calls, setting customer appointments for oil changes, outbound customer satisfaction calls/appointment reminders, and other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, dedicated, dependable, responsible, adaptable, and have a good work ethic with excellent telephone skills. Must also have good computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge. Previous call center experience helpful, but not required. Full-time position. Includes full benefits and training.
